• Today is fewer amounts but tomorrow is more - it is not a right way of taking food.
• If you are attacked with other disease except diabetes, you must have to take advice from a specialist.
Second, medicine is, of course, an important matter in some cases. Those who are dependent on insulin need to take insulin injection but the patient who are not dependent on it, doctors prescribe them to take tablet.
Third, Exercise is necessary element in this case no doubt. Physical exercise removes the dullness of muscles and helps blood circulation. Everyday, walking at least 45 minutes is very fruitful for the body and especially for the diabetes patient.
Fourth, discipline is considered to be the life key of a diabetes patient. The patient must have to follow some disciplines in all spheres of his life such as taking proper food regularly, keeping the body neat and clean, checking urine, blood sugar regularly and writing it down and refraining from eating all kinds of sweetmeat.
In conclusion, as long as you are alive in this world, diabetes is your constant companion if you are attacked with it. It doesn't matter. By taking proper step, it must be controlled. For this, education is very important for the patients to know about diabetes clearly. The nearest relatives of the patient should also have some knowledge about it because there is no alternative of education.
